MS. WEI SU HWA is the Co-Founder and Director of Digital Way Academy (DWA), an education social enterprise dedicated to building human capacity for the digital era. Coming from a background in Neuroscience at University College London (UCL), specializing in Educational Neuroscience, she strives to design highly relevant and effective education solutions.
She leads a passionate team at DWA to prepare learners to be digital-ready, work-ready, global-ready, life-ready, and future-ready. Their collective mission is to empower learners to secure better opportunities and better income, and in turn, increase their standard of living and ultimately lead a fulfilling life.
