Group Chief Executive Officer, POS Malaysia
MR. CHARLES BREWER, a British national, is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Pos Malaysia Berhad since 1 August 2021. Charles has experience in the supply chain industry namely e-commerce logistics, cross-border fulfillment, first & last-mile delivery, logistics & supply-chain management, and business & digital transformation, among others.
Right before joining Pos Malaysia, Charles was the Chief Operating Offer at Canada Post and had a 34-year career with DHL Express in various roles, and has worked in Malaysia, the Philippines, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and America.
Throughout his career, Charles has demonstrated the ability to manage diversity and understands cross-cultural differences, having spent time in various parts of the world, including Malaysia.
Outside of work, Charles loves his food and is an ardent football fan.
Charles graduated from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He also holds an Advanced Logistics diploma from Cranfield University School of Management and completed the Advanced Senior Executive Management Programme at Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.
